Lightning Fibre donates laptops to local children's charity, Children with Cancer Fund

Lightning Fibre already donates free hyper fast full fibre broadband to the Willingdon offices of local children's charity, Children with Cancer Fund. When founder Chris Downton mentioned that the charity were struggling with old, sluggish computers, Lightning Fibre stepped in and donated five laptops.

Chris collected the laptops from Lightning Fibre's new retail outlet, at the Enterprise Shopping Centre and commented, "Success is measured in many ways but for us at Children With Cancer Fund success comes in many forms. One form is support from others. Our old computers have had a big brother hand thanks to Lightning Fibre who supplied us with up to date laptops so we can carry on doing what we love doing. Making the cancer children in East Sussex, Brighton & Hove smile."

CWCF grant wishes to children up to the age of eighteen, and their families, who have, or have had, cancer. Wishes can be practical, medical or fun and made to individual families as well as supporting a group together by giving them quality family time.
