Lightning Fibre is proud to sponsor Le Marche, Heathfield’s famous Anglo/French market, held annually on August Bank Holiday Monday.
Heathfield’s famous Anglo/French market is taking place on August Bank Holiday Monday – as it has done for the past 25 years. It is the longest running Anglo/French market in the whole of the South East. This fantastic event draws visitors into Heathfield from far and wide.
As well as a market of around 80 stalls (approximately 50% French) offering all kinds of mouth watering goodies, the event provides free entertainment all day and a free ‘park and ride’ service.
Lightning Fibre is proud to sponsor the Main Stage - check the website for the Events Schedule.
Station Road and Station Approach will be closed to traffic all day to allow the event to take place. A full musical entertainment programme is planned to suit all ages and tastes. Gates open at 9.30am and the market closes at 3.30pm.
Lighting Fibre Founder and CEO, Ben Ferriman, commented, “As a local company, it’s important to us to support great events like Le Marche. Over the past 25 years, Le Marche has grown to become one of Heathfield’s major attractions of the year. I think, after the recent restrictions, we’re all delighted to come together again in our community.”
