Lightning Fibre scoops an Adtran UK Fibre Award 2022
East Sussex-based Altnet Lightning Fibre scooped a high commendation at the 2022 UK Fibre Awards, hosted by Adtran. The awards concluded day one of a packed Connected Britain conference held at the Business Design Centre, London (the 2023 conference moves to the Excel Centre).
Recognising companies who work across the UK and beyond, leading the charge to close the digital divide. Lightning Fibre's Community Engagement was recognised at the awards, reflecting the company's community-centric approach and focus on community engagement in the towns it serves.

Lightning Fibre is proud to announce one of it's key local partnerships, the return of the Eastbourne Lightning Fibre Ice Rink, for 2022 after the successful launch is 2021 enjoyed by over 17,000 skaters. The AltNet supports Children with Cancer Fund, St Michael's Hospice, St Wilfrid's Hospice, Wayfinder Woman and Hailsham Active.
