CEO Ben Ferriman presented a cheque to Simon Cosham, Corporate Fundraiser at St Wilfrid’s Hospice for £400 outside their building in Eastbourne.
To mark the occasion of their fifth birthday, local Eastbourne company Lightning Fibre has paid £400 pounds towards a day of care at their neighbour St. Wilfrid’s Hospice. The hospice’s Day of Care initiative has been implemented so that people can make a meaningful donation, where the money will go towards something tangible. Each day of care costs £400 and so on a specific day a patient at the hospice will receive expert care and comfort, including nursing, therapies, medical care, and meals. So, it seems appropriate that the money given by Lightning Fibre was presented to pay for the fifth anniversary of Lightning Fibre’s birth on 24/01/2022.
