This year, The Hastings Comedy Festival, sponsored by Lightning Fibre, brings you more than 75 shows this June across Hastings and St Leonards. 2023 is the 8th year of The Hastings Comedy Festival, delivering an excellent programme of live comedy shows from some of the funniest and creative comedians performing on the comedy circuit today. This year's Comedy Festival runs for 5 days from June 14th-18th.
The independent festival showcases a large variety of professional comedians and emerging comics from around the UK and the world.

Headliners include Olaf Falafel who will be performing his show Look What Fell out of my Head at The Crypt on Saturday 17th June as well as his brilliantly reviewed children's show Olaf Falafel Super Stupid Show at Owens earlier in the day, along with 3 other kids shows adding to the fun. Olaf Falafel was the holder of 'Dave's Best Joke of The Edinburgh Fringe' from 2019 to 2022.
Ria Lina will be previewing her show Riawakening at Electric Palace. Ria's extensive list of credits includes Live at The Apollo, Have I Got News for You, Mock the Week, The Last Leg and Celebrity Mastermind.
Festival favourites Tony Law and Russell Hicks are returning with previews of their brand-new shows. Tony Law, a Canadian stand-up comedian is known for his surreal material and delivery. Many of his stand-up routines are ad-libbed, and built around various subjects that he has thought of, but not planned a routine about, and often involve fictional and surreal situations. Russell Hicks is one of the UK’s most razor-sharp and exciting comic talents. An American based in London, he is a provocative and exuberant comedian with a rockstar edge, and as appeared on some of the UK’s biggest TV networks, including Channel 4 and ITV.
Acts will be performing their previews, work in progresses and tour shows across 10 venues including The Crypt, The Piper, Albion, Heist Market, Oscars, The Nest, The Good Place, Ye Olde Pump House, Electric Palace and The Jenny Lind.
