Sussex Combined Clubs Regatta 2024 in conjunction with the RNLI’s 200^th Anniversary.

Lightning Fibre and Signtek are delighted to support the 2024 Regatta. This event is held every year being hosted by each club every third year. The clubs involved are Sovereign Harbour Yacht club Eastbourne, Brighton Marina Yacht Club and Sussex Yacht Club Shoreham.

Boats from other clubs including from Dover, Boulogne, Calais, Rye Harbour, Arun, Chichester, Le Treport and Dieppe Yacht Clubs and Pevensey Bay and Bexhill Sailing Clubs are expected to participate.

Sovereign Harbour YC are hosting the regatta this year, the event will be held over the Saturday and Sunday of the August Bank Holiday weekend. With three races on the first day and two races onthe second day - all taking place in Eastbourne Bay. If you are walking along Eastbourne seafront you will be able to see the boats racing.

The Mayor, Cllr Candy Vaughan, and our local MP will meet the crews for breakfast on day one at the Royal Sovereign Suite at Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club.
