Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Not all properties can benefit from Lightning Fibre broadband, so sadly, if your proprety is not connectable this prize cannot be fulfiled and there is no cash alternative. You can, however, transfer this prize to a friend if their home is connectable. You must not sell this prize!

If you are not the home owner, the installation of Full Fibre to your home may be subject to the approval of the Freeholder, if permission is not given, the prize will be forfeited.

During our Site Appraisal, if for any reason Lightning Fibre cannot carry out a ‘Standard Installation (standard being an installation that takes no more than 2 hours and encounters no material obstacles) you will have the option of paying an Installation Fee or forfeiting the prize.

You are entering into a formal contract with Lightning Fibre that will run for 12 months, with a standard 1Gb package discounted to zero pounds per month. You will be subject to our Contract Terms. After 12 months, you have the right to cancel or to renew your contract with us at the prices available at that time. There is no charge to cancel during or after the initial 12 months.

You must be over 18 to enter this prize draw. There is no alternative prize and this prize has no cash value.

Lightning Fibre may cancel this promotion at any time, and offer an alternative prize at our complete discretion.

The Prize Winner agrees to be photographed and that photograph may be shared on Lightning Fibre’s social media platforms, website and in Press Releases to local media outlets.
